By requesting a session and/or scheduling an appointment with Jennifer Foster, you understand and agree that Jennifer Foster is not a medical professional, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional. Any information or advice given by Jennifer Foster is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Sessions by Jennifer Foster are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Jennifer Foster will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any session or appointment with Jennifer Foster, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. You must be 18 years of age to use this service.
A legal disclaimer waiver must be signed before any services are preformed by Jennifer Foster.
Information you provide during a private session, course, or workshop is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
If you received a mailing from Jennifer Foster, (a) your email address is either listed with as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with Jennifer Foster. Your time and attention is respected by controlling the frequency of mailings.Your email address will never be shared, sold, or rented to anyone. If you have received an email in error or you wish to stop receiving emails from Jennifer Foster, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by sending an email with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the header.
In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and email Jennifer promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of a session. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you email at least 24 hours in advance.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
To cancel your appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please include this is your email.
A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 24 hour advance notice.
NO SHOW POLICY
A “no-show”, is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “no-show”. This includes arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
The first time there is a “no-show”, late cancellation, or cancellation without a reasonable excuse there will be no charge to the client. After a client has a "no show" a 50% of session cost non-refundable deposit is required to book another appointment. Upon the 2nd occurrence the client may be discharged from all of Jennifer's services.
